2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 14 days of delivery
Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
Item must be in its original packaging, including any accessories and tags

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Full name
Reason for return
Photos of the product (if defective, damaged, or incorrect)

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on your preference and eligibility.

Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect
Refunds may take 5 – 10 business days to appear on your bank or card statement after processing

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
