Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect

5. Exchanges
We only offer replacements or exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue.
After verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.
