Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below and applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision through a clear statement sent by email.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned products, excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

4. Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The returned products must be:

Unused and in their original condition
Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable
Free from damage caused after delivery

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

Personalized or custom-made products
Goods that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Sealed products not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Any products excluded under applicable consumer protection laws
